Guidelines for uploading Envelope design

Full Bleed Size (starting document size)

  • #10: 9.75" x 4.375"   |   A7: 7.5" x 5.5"   |   9"x12": 9.25" x 12.25"
Document Trim Size (final size after cutting)
  • #10: 9.5" x 4.125"   |   A7: 7.25" x 5.25"   |   9"x12": 9" x 12"

Note:

  • Leave at least 0.25" margin inside trim lines for text and logos
  • Include 0.125" bleed on all sides
  • 2 or 3 sided bleeds available with extra cost
  • Full bleeds (4 sided bleeds) are NOT possible
  • Printing entire envelope in a color is not possible
  • Bleeds on the envelope flap is not possible
  • No bleeds if printing 2 sides on a 4 color envelope
  • No bleeds for remittance envelopes
  • No bleeds on any envelopes printed 4 colors
  • Use CMYK color mode and 300 dpi resolution for best print results
