Artwork Guidelines for Roll Labels

  • File Format: Vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) are preferred. High-resolution PNG (300 dpi) accepted.
  • Color Mode: Use CMYK color mode for accurate print output.
  • Bleed: Add 0.125" bleed on all sides to ensure edge-to-edge printing without cut-off.
  • Safe Zone: Keep all essential text and graphics at least 0.1" inside the trim line.
Material-Specific Tips
  • Clear Labels: Use bold, high-contrast designs. White ink available for added visibility on transparent stock.
  • Matte or Writable Labels: Use simpler designs with limited fine details for best results.
  • Roll Orientation: Indicate unwind direction if using a label applicator (e.g., top out, right edge leading).
Important Notes:
  • All submitted files will be reviewed for resolution, bleed, alignment, and print readiness.
  • We will send a digital proof for approval before production begins.
  • To avoid delays, ensure all fonts are outlined and images are embedded.
