Artwork Guidelines for Name Tags

  • Preferred Formats: AI, EPS, PDF (vector files preferred). PNG at 300 dpi also accepted for photo-based designs.
  • Color Mode: CMYK only — RGB files may produce inaccurate colors
  • Bleed Requirements: Add 0.125" bleed beyond the cut edge for full-bleed designs
  • Safe Zone: Keep important elements like names/logos at least 0.1" inside the trim
Personalization Tips
  • For multiple names/titles, submit a spreadsheet or editable name list
  • For reusable tags, design a static background and leave space for writing
  • For engraved tags, ensure all text is in outline or vector format
Important Notes:
  • We review all files to ensure legibility, spacing, and correct sizing
  • Proofs will be provided for approval before production begins
  • Magnetic backings are not recommended for individuals with pacemakers
