  • Embroidery area: approx. 2"–2.5" height x 4" width (varies by beanie style)
  • Use bold, high-contrast designs for best visibility
Production Tips
  • Convert all text to outlines before submitting artwork
  • Keep key design elements clear of seams and folds
  • Embroidery files require digitizing—proofs provided for approval

  • Color matching is approximate due to thread limitations
  • Artwork centered unless otherwise requested
